Please read these terms carefully before using the cabje platform. All details regarding account registration, bonus claims, payments, and gaming rules are described here.
Introduction & Eligibility
cabje operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "platform" refers to the cabje website, application, and all related services. "You" or "user" refers to any person who accesses or uses this platform.
These terms may be changed or updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
User Eligibility
Age Requirement
To open an account and use any service on the cabje platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. cabje may request a valid ID or document at any time for age verification purposes.
Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, it will be permanently closed immediately upon verification and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Geographic Restrictions
cabje primarily provides services for users in Bangladesh. Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this platform.
It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that using such services is lawful from their location or place of residence. cabje does not provide legal advice on this matter.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 Single Account Rule
Each user may operate only one cabje account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts may be suspended or closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the cabje support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account verification being suspended.
3.3 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing your password with anyone, or allowing anyone else to use your account, is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
cabje reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
Deposit
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Only use payment methods that are in your own name for your account.
- Third-party deposits are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled or investigated.
Withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are processed only via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Standard withdrawals take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements applied to the bonus have been met.
Transaction Verification & Security
For suspicious or unusual transactions, cabje may require additional verification and processing may be delayed. If a transaction or account is suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, it will be suspended immediately.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
cabje offers new users a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total of ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 — this amount must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; if wagering requirements are not met within that time, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time — the specific terms of each offer apply separately.
- Bonuses may only be used on your own account and cannot be transferred to another account.
- If misuse of a bonus is detected through unusual or one-sided betting patterns, cabje reserves the right to cancel the bonus and withhold the associated winnings.
Gaming & Betting Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
cabje is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games are powered by reliable technology and outcomes are determined independently. There is no way to influence the result after a bet has been placed.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Using any software, bot, or automated tool to operate games.
- Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the game system (if an error occurs accidentally, report it to support immediately).
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits more than once.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
- Fraudulent activity against the platform or its users.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage or other technical reason, cabje will make its best effort to resolve the situation. cabje will not be liable for losses arising from software errors or system outages; however, fair claims from users will be considered.
VIP Program & Cashback
cabje's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall participation and activity on the platform. cabje reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
Data Protection & Privacy
cabje treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep data transfers secure. Information collected is used only for the purposes of providing services, verification, and security.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
While cabje strives to provide uninterrupted service, cabje will not be liable in the following cases:

- Disruptions to services provided by third-party payment providers.
- Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these terms.
In any circumstance, cabje's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
Account Suspension & Closure
By the User
You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before closing. If any bonus wagering requirements are incomplete, the associated bonus will be cancelled.

If evidence of a terms violation, fraud, age misrepresentation, or other misuse is found, cabje may suspend or close the account without prior notice. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned through the standard process, subject to investigation.

If a dispute is not resolved through the support team, both parties will attempt to reach an amicable resolution. cabje holds the right to make the final decision regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, and such decisions will always be made on the basis of fair consideration.
Policy on Changes to Terms
cabje reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time where necessary. Users will be informed of significant changes via email or by displaying a notice on the platform.
